Busy sun - 5th Jan 2013

16 active regions on the Sun yesterday, AR11650 on the left hand side of the disc and 11637 on the far right. Activity is definitely picking up, with numerous regions flaring during the course of the mosaic. Saw at least three satellites/ufos/moving black spots during the hour or so I was outside.
Image taken with a Lunt 80, DMK41, TV powermate 2.5 and 13 panels for the surface, and 8 for the proms with a different gain and gamma.
Stitched together in PS CS6. Each panel is was reduced from 1000 frames using autostakkert 2.
As usual, I changed my mind three panels in about the camera settings, and came back to repeat the first three panels after doing the prominence exposures - seeing had deteriorated and there is a noticeable change in the image sharpness.

thanks for looking;
Andrew.
