Dell D410 + docking station with com and LPT vai dock $50 ono

Heya guys have a dell d410 for sale basic specs are as follows

  • Intel Pentium M 730 (1.6GHz, 2MB Cache, 533MHz)
  • 40GB 5400RPM Hard Drive
  • 12.1" XGA LCD (non-glossy)
  • 1024MB DDR2 400MHz SDRAM
  • Microsoft Windows XP Professional
  • Dual pointing device via touchpad and pointing stick, multiple mouse buttons
  • 6-cell battery and 9-cell extended life battery (both ExpressCharge)
  • Media Bay expansion
  • Intel PRO Wireles 2915 802.11 a/b/g Wi-Fi
  • Ports: 3 USB 2.0, 1 PCMCIA, 1 SmartCard slot, headphone jack, microphone jack, D-Bay connector, Optical drive connector, monitor out, ethernet port, modem jack, ac power jack, security lock, infrared port.
I also have the docking station so its got 1 com and 1 LTP when docked and i think you can also use dvi as well as it has a dvi on the dock and vga. Battery is dead and doesn't hold charge though it does come with it. This would make a great notebook for guiding and controlling scopes with the real com and ltp ports with the dock. I have installed windows xp pro on it fresh with drivers from dell and used the Licence key that on the notebook and activated it with mircosoft. The notebooks in good con from what i can see nothing sticks out that bad, maybe some light sratches and normal wear. Just stuck another 512mb in so there's 1gb of ddr2 ram and a review can be found here http://www.notebookreview.com/default.asp?newsID=2405

$50 ono and pref to pickup Cranbourne vic 3977, feel free to ask questions and even on price ect, if you have a clear filter aka mc clear thats 2" ill swap, even a lens protecter aka nikon clear that's clear and doesn't block ir or uv as i need it for a camera mod.

You might want to indicate where you are or place a location in your profile. While I assume you are in Australia, some people might not consider Perth to Brisbane as "local pick-up" ...

Will pm you later pete, ill just make it an even $50 for you so its about $30 for the laptop and $20 postage, also have a second docking station ill throw in in case you fry the com or lpt on the first somehow. The battery is dead and doesn't hold charge like i said, though you should be able to source a Chinese cheapo non-original off ebay for around $40 if needed.
