Scope's outside cooling down ....looking over to the east...there's a cloud band on the horizon .... fingers crossed.

Back to square one.

Will check again in a few hours, but the BOM radar is not looking great.

I need an alt-az so I can at least do some visual.

What looked to be a promising evening was cut short by conditions. I'd say approx 75% cover cover by 8:30pm and 100% by 9pm. I am grateful for the hour of observing I got in before packing up. Fingers crossed for tonight.
