19 May Jupiter 14" SCT

Hi everyone,

Just got 2 Avis tonight before the cloud came in. Seeing conditions were 6-7/10.

5fps
Brightness=50
Gamma=25
Gain=25
1/10 second exposure
2x barlow

Gamma=20
Gain=40

Go get em Asi. Thats it from me=batteries need charging.

If it's not one thing it's another...seeing has picked up remarkably...& now the clouds are here! I got 2 AV's at my antares magnification though...we'll see how they turn out..

Nice 2nd picture BTW.

I know how you feel, perhaps tonight. Didn't get to use my extention tube last night because of the cloud comming in quicker than I had planned.

Look forward to seeing yours Al, a C8 isn't much smaller than a C9.25 and they can produce great images, so good luck.
