De Mairan's Nebula (M43)

I'm collecting data for an epic M42 which won't be processed for a while yet. But in the mean time I'm enjoying working on snippets of what I've catured so far.

JJJ,

A nicely detailed image. Is this with the RC8?

Cheers,

Thanks for looking.

It was taken with the ED80.
I should really sort my balance issues out with the RC8 and the new cam. That can be my job for today I suppose.

Nice JJ, This should be really good if you can keep the noise down and sharpen up the detail, looks really promising. Your producing some fine images of late, keep up the good work
