AR1633 and 1634 21 December

I captured these active regions today under slightly better conditions than yesterday.

I like the beauty of these active regions, the way it all swirls.

Perhaps you will agree.

A lot sharper .It really becomes about the seeing for these Higher Res shots .Thanks for the snap all storms up here.

That's a stunner Paul, really nice and crisp. I was wondering if you have tried capturing images over say several hours, how would the swirls change? It might make a good animation.

Excellent Paul. I agree I find these swirl areas facinating in their structure. The better seeing has allowed the details to come through. Wish it would clear here in Sydney.
