14" Meade & Celestron 9.25" mated!

And they make the perfect couple too!

I finished fitting my C9.25 SCT to the mounting box, that was in turn to be mounted to Lesters Goliath mount along with his existing 14" SCT & other accessories.

Rushed out to his place about 7 last night (23rd May) & we fitted it. After scope synchronization (same FOV seen by both scopes) we even managed to capture a few Jupiter AVI's.

We can now both shoot AVI's at the same time, comparing results from both scopes, & differences between the neximage & the toucam. I also have the 900nc turning up hopefully tomorrow, so we'll have 3 different webcams to compare/shootout etc.

You guys crack me up

Good onya John and Lester. IIS "come together" power shines through again. With that setup you will definately have to have a shot at the Pluto occultation

Hey Lester, nice Acer. Same one as mine. $899 @ Officeworks from 6 months ago?
