Totality widefield from near Yorkeys

Hi all,

Here's a widefield image of the spot where we observed totality, on a sugarcane farm behind Yorkeys Beach north of Cairns. This was taken with my brother-in-law Adam's 550D and my Tokina 11-16 lens towards the end of totality. (That's me leaning over the tripod taking photos).

Not as good as many of the other widefields that have been posted, but I think it captures the event as we saw it.

Thanks for looking.

Cheers,
Stephen

Great job Stephen! I think it does a great job capturing the action of the event, and nice to have such a cool self-portrait, too!

Thanks very much Geoff, Gary, Matt and Jeanette!
I'm glad we had the second camera to capture this wide "personal" view.

Cheers,
Stephen
