More Sunsets.
Totally clouded out here, & has been for days.
So it's back to taking pictures of clouds. At least their pretty to look at.
Taken yesterday. No manipulation of colours. 'as is' off the kodak easyshare.
1 pass through neat image to get some noise/grain out.

and whats worse is I am ready to test my telescope drives and it's raining, also saw the moon through clouds so slewed over to it and the clouds covered it and has been covered for last 30 minutes now. ARGHHHHH damn cyclones..........
Anyway back to the subject, great captures asi, really highlighted the redsand deep contrasts in colours, good job.

Thanks Andrew. I'm really impressed with the kodak as far as colour is concerned. For a cheap point & shoot it does a top job I reckon.

Great shots asimov! Some of the fall streaks have come up nicely with the red colouration. We had a very large cloud street happening over Brisbane this evening.

Here's a couple of sunrises and a sunset, taken from home, the sunsets aren't that visible from here as we have some hills in the west, although we get some spectacular effects at sunset ocasionally to the east as in the 3rd image.

Nice shot Ian!
Here's a couple I took in Port Macquarie at the end of 2004. I've got a few from the blue mountains at the end of 2005, but haven't finished weeding out the rot yet so i'll post the new ones soonish.

Thanks Mike
I particully like your second shot there.
You really have to be there at the right time, 30 seconds can make all the difference.
