Interview with discoverer of famous comet 1973f - Lubos Kohoutek

Do you remember comet Kohoutek 1973f ? I bet that older readers for sure and younger ones at least heard about it.

I interviewed its discoverer last year and tried to cover all part of his astronomy work. And it was not only about his famous comet.

You can read it here:

I hope, it will be an interesting reading. So, enjoy!

Comments always welcome!

Hi Stefan, that is a good read. Comet Kohoutek brings back memories to me, as a friend and I searched for it one morning. To be honest I cannot remember acturally seeing the comet, but was amazed at the brilliance of viewing Saturn in very still conditions. Comet Kohoutek really got some media hype at the time.

All the best.
