Man I have a great job!

Today's tree surgery involved moving a mobile tower/elevated work platform (EWP) from tree to tree to clean up an entire street with the chainsaw. One of the residents made an appearance to tell us of a beehive in a tree.....

Great shots Baz

Your lucky they didn't attack. This time of year they can be very aggressive as winter approaches.

I was doing the final inspection on my hives over the weekend until Spring and ended up with a bunch of stings to the hands and that was through thick gloves.

Lucky I don't react too badly to stings, a bit of swelling around the joints but nothing to dramatic.

Crikey Ric! You can keep that mate! I didn't get any closer than about 20 feet with the 100-400...
