CFW8 with USB SBIG's?

Does anyone know if the CFW8 from SBIG can be used with the USB cameras such as the ST-8ME?

I currently have the CFW8 on my LPT ST-7ME and am wondering if I can use it on a newer second hand USB ST-8ME.

Rodger - cannot say for sure but - probably it can plug into the AO/CFW/SCOPE port and, if not, I have a CFW8a fw (with Custom Scientific LRGB filters fitted) that I used with my ST2000XM (usb) which is for sale in the forum:

I use the CFW8A on my ST-2000XM with no issue.
