Come on EZ fess up.
You got that from the Hubble photos didn't you?
only joking.

WOW.
That is just stunning, I am blown away. Can I save it as a desktop pic?
Maybe you can submit it to APOD and Universe Today and knock Iceman off his pedestal a little.

Mike

Great photo! Love the horsehead, that's where predator is from I've heard this object is quite dim, have people here seen it and made out the "head" shape? What kind of gear do you need? Would a 12" under dark skies resolve it?

EDIT: Google is my frien, promise

http://www.belmontnc.4dw.net/dkneb.htm

To merely "see" B33, you will need a dark site and a large telescope, and to resolve it as a "horsehead" requires proper (H-Beta) filtering. Our drawing of the Horsehead at left was rendered with a 20-inch Dob at a very dark site. To observe this object as it appears in published black and white astrophotos, you'd need a minimum aperture size of over 30 inches.

Taking off the IR filter really helps doesnt it, allowing the DSI to really do its stuff.
