Good Evening Ron,

I am fairly new to the astro scene. What are the requirements for those who are interested in attending your property for some observing?

Regards,
Stu.

Stu, main thing to bring is your self
People start arriving about Three o'clock so as to set up what ever equipment they have and then relax and maybe have a chat and something to eat before starting observing.

Things to bring?
Scope/binoculars ect
Chair,
Food for BBQ or microwave.
Drink,I also normally provide Tea and Coffee, but any alcohol you provide.
Warm clothes and footware, as it can get cool at night as you mainly stay in one spot, also there is some chance of Dew so can get a bit damp under foot.
Red Torch.
Please PM me if any more questions I look forward to catching with you
Cheers

Thanks for the information Ron. It is very generous of you to share the dark skies that your property offers with others. Hoping for some clear skies. I will let you know if I can make it.

Regards,
Stu.

Stu, it really is worth the effort to go.
Ron is a mine of knowledge and you can pick at his brain all night long.
It's a good night.
