Topaz 'Pop' program looking to purchase

Just wondering where the best place,or how to go about buying Topaz pop program-it really seems to be the way to improve images.I really do not think buying a 7D and more camera gear will improve on the results I'm getting.

So will have to buy more software and learn how to use it next year. This Topaz ,I have heard is expensive-but there are many segments of it to attach to CS5 ,so what segment/s would be best, and where and how to buy it?

Increasing microcontrast and saturation is not the way to improve images. But, anyway!

You don't need to spend money to do these things. They can be done in Photoshop, itself.
