hi all, I have just started up on Google+. I have no idea how well the 'hangout' section works but if there are other Google+ people here who would like to try a hangout please send me a private e-mail or send me an invitation to my Google+ site which is listed in my profile.

I'm there. Until recently hadn't spent much time there, but am now spending more time there.

It's helped by the fact that Fraser Cain (Universe Today) and Phil Plaitt (Bad Astronomer) shared one of my links (How to create a colour saturated moon photo), so I went from ~30 followers to ~900 and going up daily.

I'm also waiting for Google to allow business profiles, so I can setup an IceInSpace profile and use it similar to the IceInSpace page on Facebook.

I check it every couple of days but I'm kinda over the whole facebook/google+ blogging type thing.

Thanks for the input. G+ has opened up some ways for me to get connected and educated. Once this troglodyte gets up and running i will have a more interesting and fun life.
