Jupiter 1st Sept 4:44am from Brisbane

Hi everyone. Here's Jupiter from this morning in seeing which seems to be the best I've seen so far. 12" Goto Sky-Watcher Dobsonian, manually tracked, Canon EOS 550D in video crop mode, 5x Powermate. 100% image size.

Cheers,

Tom

Thanks Ray, it was the most detail I had seen yet on the disc in live view, but I still don't know how much better it could be, having only ever seen and imaged Saturn in very good seeing. I can only hope that it's seeing so far has been quite poor for Jupiter and not just the limitations of my system/processing.
