Timelapse at Snake Valley

Finally got my timelapse's going so here is one of them taken at Snake valley March Camp taken with the 350D, 11mm @ f2.8.

You captured me sitting waiting for the seeing just to the left of Pete's tent. Great animation.

Great animation and it shows a lot of white lights flaring off, especially in some of the tents.

Thanks H

Exposures were 25 secs and all shots were straight from the camera. I probably should have given them a slight batch process to brighten them up a touch.

As you know I had a bit of trouble getting it to work properly but finally got it going.

I am new to posting stuff on you tube and actually have 2 timelapses which I don't know why but when I view them on the link it plays them both continuously one after the other and on the second one which was taken the night after I spotted a surprise message left by Niko in one of the frames!

Very impressive Daniel. I particularly like the majesty of the rising of Scorpius contrasting with the seemingly frantic human activity underneath.

What software did you end up using to put it all together?

After all the trouble and trying different programs the one I used was Picasa and I had it the whole time and had no idea it could do timelapses.
