recoat/ refigure

my primary is getting towards needing recoating and i've always found the views a little soft at high power.

In south east Queensland the different Astronomical societies get a bulk order of mirrors together and send them off. Some good discounts can be had doing this. I would suggest contacting your local society to see if they do the same? Cheers

You say "recoat/ refigure ". Are you looking to have the mirrror Corrected/reground in some way as well as recoated?

Issac and Chi Quin are the same person ?
I think I get it now ,probably why both are often mentioned .
I know my 12 " gso primary needs recoating soon ( 5 years )
I've never been able to resolve to much at 200x so was thinking maybe both mirrors could do with a look over before spending the $ recoating .
Do you take on any work in regard Mark ?

I'll only work on low expansion well-annealed glass so I'm afraid that discounts GSO Newt optics
