The Planets from Canowindra NSW

Hello I shot this this morning -Canon 40D-zoom set at 18mm..shutter speed-12.34 seconds-ISO -800.time -5.42am-AV-4.6--Canon Software to process image---Reguard's Tony-Hello Iadded this shot I cleaned up the stray light defects from the lights and some processing It was Iso-800-about 30 seconds.Shutter speed canon 40D.--Reguard's tony It was shot on the 18/5/2011 about 5.43 am from my front yard.

Nice photos Tony. Thanks for sharing. They will provide you with a nice reminder of this event when you look back on them in the years to come. Despite the problems you had with the bright lights and flaring (and we all have those problems from time to time) the optical effects have added a lot of foreground interest to complement the planets in the background.
