Sorry about that Doug. The cross section shows how complex these things are, imagine taking one apart !
Some where around here I have a 105mm Howitzer shell cross sectioned like that.

Buy both halves, a little glue, and end up with a nice Distagon ZM 15mm/2.8 lens. LOL

I know David!! Very rare Zeiss/Leica lenses - only 2 made and he saws them in half!!! Still, if he can command $5000 a side...
