cant focus new scope

so just got my new 10'' fob off cousin and i set it up out side,took the caps off stuck in a eyepiece and now i cant focus anything,i tryed with 3 different eyepieces and nothing can anyone help.

You may need to use an extension tube.
If you don't have one, remove the lens from your barlow, and use that.

Silly question on my behalf, but what are you trying to focus on, something close or very distant, as this can make a difference.
Try holding (carefully) the eyepiece and simply moving it in and out by hand while looking through it, at a distant object. When it appears clear, see if the eyepiece in the focuser can be placed in the same position. A longer focal length eyepiece will be easier, something like the 25mm or so, rather than the 9mm.

lol i had my cousin who owns this account tell me the same thing and came around and set it up for me lol he just brang over an old barlow tube over for me,did the trick
