Continuing the great downsize after a brief hiatus, I am selling off the rest of my equipment.
For sale is a Starlight Xpress M8C OSC 4 megapixel camera with remote EXView guide head (the 1/3 inch version). It comes in its case with all accessories and cabling including 240V AC/12V DC power converter.
Note that you need good grounding from the 240V source as the camera case has a tendency to lend itself to conductive capacitance, i.e. it'll give you a bit of a boot if not properly earthed - not too bad, but certainly noticeable. My wiring was installed in 1920 something so I learned this the hard way. It worked fine on 12V DC though.
I bought this in June 2010 but due to the weather, has only been very lightly used. Other than some minor set screw marks on the guide head, the camera, all cables and case are pristine.
The reason for selling was my setup got too complicated to be fun (for me at least) and I want to have a break before possibly going back to a DSLR, unguided mount and small refractor.
