Losmandy GM-8 with Digital Drive for sale $1000.00
I have owned this mount only for a couple of months - after buying it from AlexN along with his G11. I had visions of using it as a widefield mount, but its just not going to happen - time, rain, work, kids etc etc
I have ordered a couple of replacement parts from Losmandy in the states which are yet to arrive. The mount came with no worm covers, so I have bought a new set, and one of the tripod leg adjustment knobs was broken, so there's a new one of those coming also.
Included with the mount are both D and C saddles - very easy to interchange - 2 hex screws, as well as a long and a short C dovetail plates. The handcontroller is one from a Celestron/Losmandy G11 - but works fine. There is one non-Losmandy 7lb counterweight included also, which will balance the ED80/guidescope combo shown (scopes are obviously not included...)
As far as I am aware, AlexN bought it from bolts_tweed last year and gave it a thorough overhaul - you can see details
here. I don't know how old the mount is.
I am willing to ship at buyers expense for shipping and packaging which should be <$100 (I pack really well
).
As for the parts still to arrive from the USA - you can either wait till they get here and pick them up all together, or if you are in a hurry to get your hands on it, I can send them later.
