I would very much liked to have been doing the same here in Geelong. Nice image. I think it will benefit from reducing the green noise.

Hey that's a beauty Rob, love the colours and to think this was imaged from suburban Melbourne ...imagine what a dark sky would do

If you would like some feedback you could perhaps just try re-blending the core, at the moment it just looks a little out of place.

Still a great shot mate, top effort.

Nice detail but as JJJ said light pollution has caused a green cast over the pic. You can get a light pollution filter for PS free from Deep Sky Colors called HLVG. It is a one button click solution. I have applied it to your pic, hope you don't mind.

Nice one Rob. A bit of green but not unbearable by any means. Lots of detail and some very nice colours in the nebula.
