[SOLD] Atik 314e OSC

For sale is an ATIK 314E cooled one-shot-colour CCD camera in excellent condition. It includes original box, cables and software and has been used maybe 15 times.

I am selling because it doesn't really match my FS60CB - I can only get a resolution of around 2.7 arcsec per pixel. This is little better than my DSLR but that of course has a much wider field. It would however be ideal for a 480mm focal length system (say a Skywatcher ED + 0.8 flattener) - giving 1.995 arcsec per pixel.

$1000 inc postage or $975 pickup in the Brisbane CBD on weekdays. I will include photos either later on tonight or tomorrow.

Brilliant camera at a great price - I had a look at some of the images on web taken with this camera, there has been some terrific results - it would make someone a great first camera. Unfortunately I'm not liquid enough at the moment.

It occured to me this morning that should this camera sell, I won't have any use for the Mogg adapter for Canon lenses I got a few months ago.

So it is also included.
