Some Snaps with my new 30D!

Hello! I'm just here to show you some test shots with my new (used) 30D!!
I've tested the macro on a flower but I'm not very happy with it because it focused on the leaves not the flowers itself. However, I like the one at the lake. It shows the sun nicely!
What do you think? This is my first DSLR experience so any advice will be Awesome!

Thanks,
Tony

Nice photo's Tony .. Its always a mixture of success with a new camera mate .. tricks are only learnt by experimenting .. You did me a favour with the picture of the yachts at the spit ... I was wondering if my mate had set sail for Tonga yet and unless that photo is days old then he hasnt as his cat is in the background there. Keep at it.
