Lovely Tom!. actually imaged this last month with the 40D. I shall post it shortly on IIS. This one is much overlooked by it`s neighbors.

Brilliant. The 3d depth is amazing. The stars in your images always look so natural, round, with depth (as opposed to pasty white circles!).

Definitely a target for the N12 Tom... Looks beautiful all the same, but more aperture always helps..

I have been using Ray Gralak's AP160 located at New Mexico Skies -- borrowed for the last few months.

just amazing the dark nebulae are so nice dark and yet not too contraty as they also reveal the subtle gray areas
