Mars/6"refractor

Good as it gets with the achro refractor I reckon! (unless it was 10/10 seeing)

This time I used the baader fringe killer & it works on the refractor like a charm! (thanks Robert_T) Also upped the anti on saturation & gamma on the toucam (thanks bird, ice, Dave etc.)

Could of got myself more frames but tonight was experimentation night so this is only 60 frames.

Didn't muck with this image a whole lot, cropped & a wee bit of neatimage work.

Nice one John, you're putting in the hard yards lately, every night a new image! If it wasn't cloudy here I'd be doing the same

The amount of learning/experimenting going on whilst all the jobs around the house pile up is incredible

Great times & fun to be had at the moment.

Hey thanks guys...your too kind!

Pity I left my run a bit late! With the purchase of the toucam I mean. Now Mars is getting smaller by the day, & all I can do is image it as it receeds. Oh well.

I'll restack/reprocess this AVI soon. I know the final image will be better than that one above....It's just waiting for me to bring it out.
