I have a couple of weeks off work in June, we were going to Qld but that is now off the agenda, BUT that means I may be able to sneak away if there are any star parties around that time even interstate away from the glorious Victorian clouds!
Any get togethjers planned around late May to mid June this year?
That depends, we WERE going to Qld for 2 weeks but that is not happening, but I now have 2 weeks holidays either side of the long weekend, and I am able to maybe go to any get togethers that are on, either Qld or elswhere, just checking!
The central Coast Group (The Pony Club Boys) are "talking" about a possible winter get together out just east of Dubbo (Laheys Creek) so as to take advantage of the beautiful milky way.
We spent 4 days there 2 weekends ago, and only slight skyglow to the west was from Dubbo (80 kms away). Skies Beautiful.
