Going to celebrate the new decade a year too early?

We made the mistake by celebrating the turn of the new millennium on Jan 1st 2000.

Yes, a pet hate of mine too. I set our firm straight on the issue on Wednesday when one of the juniors suggested that we would be celebrating the end of a decade at our Christmas party this year.....
