Got home last night and put the scope out as it looked quite clear, then panic set in as the storms moved in really quickly. Scrambled to get the gear in under cover before it hit. Then nature really put on a show for us, maybe not the astro visual feast I had hoped for but sometimes we only have to watch the clouds and lightening to get some fo the best views around. It was a beauty
