Tonight's moon 29-10-09

The clouds are starting to clear where I live after the long wet season. I got out in the backyard for a little while before the clouds returned and shoot a few photos of the moon. This is the result of a single image with a small amount of processing in PS. I adjusted shodows and highlights to bring out some of the details and unsharpened just a little.

Rob,

, for the nice pic.

We have a lot of rain, so I did not see the moon for a few weeks.

Nice image, I tried to get out last night as the afternoon was clear but the clouds came back just on dusk. Oh well always tonight.

Here are a couple of more images produced from videos taken with the webcam. The seeing wasn't particularly good.
