For those that attended IISAC2009, I'd really appreciate it if you took a few minutes to complete a feedback form.

Your responses will help me to plan an even better event in 2010.

Your answers will be kept strictly confidential, with the exception of the (optional) testimonial, which may be used in the promotion of IISAC2010.

The date for IISAC2010 is the 7th-10th October, 2010 - so put the date in your diary and I hope to see you there!

Thanks, and I hope you enjoyed your time at IISAC2009!

Just a thought Mike, I noticed a comment about the paucity of vendor stalls.
I wonder if you could have sold a few more T shirts, beanies, calendars, etc. if we had run an IIS vendor table?
We could do that next year?

Cheers
Chris

Submitted.

The difference between sunset in October an Janurary is about one hour!
I noticed that I had LESS time after dinner to get my telescope in order and maybe have a shower etc this time, and found myself rushing to get things done during twilight (last minute collimations etc).

I suggest changing the dinner time by at least half-an-hour when the event is held in Spring or Autumn.

OK I submitted the feedback form previously, but the comment about the vendor stores (GTB?) reminded me.

I had a couple of pieces of equipment with me that I would have put up for sale if there had been a second hand market.

Was this considered?

thanks to everyone (officials and attendees) for making a great IISAC 2009.

I invited more vendors, but they were unable to attend this time around. Hopefully next time.

A good idea - will do.

Unofficially, there was a second hand stall - I just didn't officially set aside a time or place for it. Andrew Murrell sold a few books during the Sat morning vendor stalls.

Next year i'll set aside a table or two and ensure it's in the programme.

Cheers
