Perfect Wide-field Lens Leica R180/4

The perfect lens to slip onto any of the EOS cameras for wide field piggy-back imaging. Biting sharp, and with a focus ring sufficiently stiff to give precise and repeatable focus.

Leica R 180/4 with front and rear caps. Lens is made in Germany and is in wonderful condition, apart from one very slight indentation to the sliding lens hood. This is purely cosmetic only. Find a sharper lens than this if you can.
$650. With free R - EOS adaptor ring. Solid metal, and precise.

Also available a Contax/Yashica lens - EOS adaptor ring. $30.

Contact via PM please.

Dan,
yes, Leica R series, three cam.
Only real picture I have with it is the Antares area, taken not long after I got it, and at that stage I had a shortish refractor anyway, and the Leica languished somewhat. If I recall correctly it was a hurried quick test shot, and I don't even have the details.
