Hi all, conditions still against me, but improving. Jetstream and slight breeze from the south, got 2 avis before the cloud came in again.

Used the DMK, captured at 35 seconds for each colour at 60fps, with 2x barlow.

Hoping for better conditions soon.

That's a good result for the conditions, Lester. Some good detail starting to come through and the image is very smooth and nicely processed.

Thanks Mike. I am gradually getting the hang of the DMK, and very pleased with its ability to reveal detail compared to the DFK.

The individual images that came out of Registax were awful; fuzzy with little detail.

Hi Lester,

Good effort, the only thing standing between this image and a great image is the quality of the seeing. Tonight and tomorrow night might provide that opportunity for you, seems like a fairly large high pressure system coming across.

Regards
Trevor

Hi Trevor,

Thanks for your comments. Nice and calm outside, with horizon to horizon cloud.

Will keep checking just in case.
