Hi guys, well what dose one do when the sky is clear for a change, one of coarse goes out to image, but in my great excitement ones loses the plot, and dose not do what one is suppose to do.
Anyway to make a long story short I imaged away most of the night and all seemed well, until the end of the session, when I noticed that i had forgot to put the Mount into Photo mode, and it had been imaging all night in siderial time
Yep it imaged away quite happily until PHD spat the dummy after the 14 frame and refused to go on.
However it captured NGC pretty well, I think,

see what you guys think, of the full un-cropped version.
All was taken with the Tak and Canon 5D (modded) auto guided ( in Siderial Mode) on the G11, 14 frames at 500 ISO at 5 minutes each, flats and darks applied, and processed in Image Plus, and CS2.
Also a Raw Frame that was attacked by a plane, and the last that was the result of PHD's tantrum.
So First up is the final image, then the plane,

then the dummy spit.
considering the mistake on my part it seems that my mount is pretty well aligned
