Was Paul Dirac wrong with relativistic physics?

Calling all special relativity gurus, i am having trouble getting around this one.

I understand that special relativity needed a treatment to cater for high velocities ie near light speed, but it seems not to apply in my local frame of reference.

For example....

If i go outside and there are clouds everywhere like tonight, no matter how much i use my brain waves to dissolve those clouds or where the frequency of looking out the window looking for changes increases exponentially, those damn clouds won't go away no matter how i click the heels of my red shoes and wish for clear skies!

The chaos theory can stick it theorems up it behind, the butterfly can flap its damn wings all it wants, but just not anywhere near my local weather system.

Where have the clear skys gone?????

I need a hug!

acceptance of circumstances we cannot change is not an easy lesson to learn Dave.
some people spend a lot of time looking for answers that are not there.
