urgent can someone get hold of Sheville

I just got an email proporting to be him, asking for money urgently to help out in a crisis, using the observatory,s name and everything, I seriously doubt the email, and wish to inform him of this...

I sent him an email, to the only addy I have @ S&S, but I think this requires a phone call, if his whole address book is compromised, someone may fall for it...

It's a scam. This same scam has been doing the rounds on Facebook for the past few months. Ignore it. If it's urgent, he'd ring you. Common sense guys!

He knows about it, someone in our Yahoo Mallincam group has contacted him about this issue, this email scam has been sent to our members over in the states as well. Shows how tricky these scammers are getting.
Common sense always tells you but unfortunately some poor buggers get caught.
