Ic 2948

Gday..... here's a pic of IC 2948 along with NGC 3766, pic is made up of 10x600sec@800iso with bias/flats and worked in IP/PSCS3/AI3. Shot through a Tak Sky90/mod 350D over the epicentre of Perth's LP { sorry for the small size it's a nightmare resizing these files}

Also some lunar action the Gib Moon pic shot through a Tak FS-60CB with a DBK and the Plato pic with a Vixen FL-102 and DBK. Pity the little craters on Plato's surface wasn't picked up, shot it using a 3x barlow. Thanks for looking and clear skies .

Very nice. The Sky90 @ 407mm frames IC2948 extremely well with a excellent pairing of the open cluster. Good job. You need a website to display the image at a resolution it deserves.

It's usually hard to make out but your framing makes the shape of the running shicken quite obvious, nice job

I agree with Jase, that image looks like it deserves a much larger size to really enjoy it.
