Omega Centauri in moon light

Well with the moon out and filling the skies with its lovely light I thought I would see how well I could image a star cluster from Clayton. The resulting image took a great deal of work to get the colours looking half reasonable. Not to mention that the Red light of the image was way more evident than the other two colours.

Reasonably happy with this image, although I cannot decide whether I prefer the slight tint of blue in the sky background or if it should be more black. I will have to think on this.

Comments most welcome.

Some nice subtle colours in the stars and as Michael Tilt has said, a very solid image Paul and consistent with all your efforts lately

Nice one Paul. Given the circumstances, you should be happy with that. It resolves very well. Good job.
