Horsehead & Flame Nebula

3hrs worth of 5min ISO800/ISO400 with 8" Guided
Darks only subtracted; 2x2 binned. Processed in PS.

Collimation was slightly off, and slight drift was noted possibly due to faint guidestar with PHD, though the results were quite pleasing for a first on the horsehead.
Thanks to bmitchell82 for good company and assisting during the night

Still trying to get the processing right;

Thanks Leon. There was quite a bit of vignetting that I tried to remove with Lens Distortion in PS. Plus get the color balance right. Another good learning experience(exposures and processing).

Nice one Leinad. Just squeezed the flame and horse in the image frame.

The image would have been enhanced with the use of flat frames.

The flats I took didnt turn out very well, so I had to exclude them
something I'll need to work on for the 8"; possibly large white perspex sheet somewhere I can put over the front then point at the eave light.
