orion starshoot autoguider with LX200?

Can anyone tell me if an "Orion Starshoot Autoguider" will work with the autoguider port on an LX200?

Don't see why not as it's software dependent ie: PHD guiding and the autoguider port accepts a RJ11 cable apparently as per the manujal it works with any mount equipped with an ST-4 compatible autoguider port

Thanks Trevor, I wasn't sure if the meade was ST-4 compatible so your information is very helpful. Just in case, I thought I would ask.
