New sub-forum
Star Parties and Observing Sessions
to announce and discuss all upcoming (and past) star parties, observing sessions and gatherings.
Thanks to BD for the idea. It'll be a place to start organising your local observing sessions with IIS members, so get into it!

Where would I submit singular observing reports, in this sub-forum, or not?

That would go in the Space&Astronomy Talk forum. The new forum is for star parties, star party reports, star party organising etc.
