So frustrating...

Ever since I got my solar filter all I have wanted to do is get a look at some sun spots. Well they have been showing up for about 4 days now and its to bloody cloudy to get my telescope out for a good look dam it.

Don't tell me - it's clear all night and clouds over around sunrise for the entire day!

I feel your pain Craig. It has happened to me too many times.

Whenever you want to do something or get something done, there will always be some kind obstacle in your way. 99.9% of the time the clouds will be the main culprit.

Its been good the last few days, clear skies with no or few clouds. My solar film and scope have been getting a good work out. It is interesting to look at the largest sun spot at the moment and see the dark inside and the lighter border around it. This has been my first time to observe the sun and sun spots through a scope, very exciting.
