For Sale: Takahashi MT160 OTA [PRICE REDUCED]

Due to the purchase of a larger scope I need to sell my much loved Takahashi MT-160.

This is a very special scope. The MT160 is a 160mm diameter F6 Newtonian with superb optics. Add the F4.8 reducer/flattener and you have an imaging system that will rival much more expensive APO refractors of similar size.

The optics in these scopes are reputedly figured to 1/30 wave RMS.

It comes with: F4.8 Reducer/flattener, extension tubes, 1 1/2" visual back, tube clamshell, 6*30 finder and manual (in Japanese).

The tube shows the usual collection of scratches and small dents attributable to a scope that has been used frequently.

I've been told my price is to high so I'm reducing the price by 10%.

Therefore I am open to offers over AU$1350, which includes the cost of shipping within Australia.
