[Sold] Televue Powermate 4x (2") with T-Ring adapter
I've got a Televue Powermate 4x 2" with the optional T-Ring adapter for sale. Condition is very good. New price for the pair is around $450 (or $425 imported), I'm asking $350 shipped within Australia, insured via Registered Post.
With the T-Ring adapter, you can connect your T-Ring directly to the Powermate in place of an eyepiece, at an optimised Powermate to sensor distance.
The Powermate also comes with the standard 2" to 1.25" eyepiece adapter. Both use brass compression rings.
This configuration would be ideal for someone doing planetary imaging with an f/4 or f/5 dob or newt, as it would push you up to f/16 or f/20. It is too much power for my current SCT configuration, so I must part with it.
