Does anyone know where to find a discription of what the ppmcentre tab parameters do in PCFE?

It's on Anthony's (Bird's) homepage. It's now called ninox, and has some extra features. You can use PCFE still, just rename ninox to ppmcentre.

http://acquerra.com.au/astro/software/ppmcentre/

His site appears to be down atm.
PS: I'll reply to your PM when I get a chance.

I'm still waiting for Bird's front-end GUI for ninox! Unfortunately, Adam (hitchhiker) (who created PCFE) is too busy for astronomy now and isn't making any changes to PCFE (I could suggest a bunch of improvements).

Peter, also do a search on the forums here for PCFE and there's a few threads describing what the parameters do.

Yeah, my website is down - the company I share server space with in Canberra is closed over chrissie, as soon as I can get hold of someone I'll try and get it going again. My email is also down, so it looks like their internet connection is offline.

I've switched my home internet over to a static address, on my list of to-do is to move acquerra to my home adsl connection so I can look after it a bit better :-)

Peter, you can email me at an alternative address awesley@smartnetworks.com.au

and I'll send you a copy of the ninox/ppmcentre web page with all the settings and descriptions.

regards, Bird
