little Frog on a cycad

Found this little guy sitting on one of my brothers cycads this morning, well just checked before and it's still there in the same spot, alive too.

Taken with the stock 350d

first shot was at 55 mm ISO 400 with a low F-stop
Second was from side on at 55m ISO 1600 at F11 and cropped in photoshop.

Frog populations are in decline world wide, a sad reflection on our environmental practices.

frogs are said to be an indicator to the water condition in a given area.

we have a few around here which is a good sign, also a few too many toads,
I also named this one Mortomer Rigous as it didn't move all day, I couldn't find him this morning so it must have moved some time last night
