Ballarat Eclipse

Hi Guys, as I mentioned earlier I have had a good look at all the great images of the Eclipse, and wow some good stuff there.

The weather wasn't to kind at the beginning for us down here but right on totality it cleared and i was able to image at least part of the Eclipse.

Here is my humble attempt at Totality just as the shadow was at its end.

Great work to all who submitted their images

Leon

Sorry forgot to add, this was through the Canon 300mm Lens and the 5D, all images are un-cropped

Leon, from here we could see the cloud hovering over Ballarat. We only had a few bits of cloud for a few minutes at a time near the start of the Eclipse. The rest of the show was perfect

Your images came out very nice

Nice pics Leon. We thought it was going to be a non event here too. It was so bizarre to have so much cloud in the east & so many stars in the west, but the moon did it's stuff & showed itself in time, much to our delight.

Thank You Guys, I have to admit I'm not really a Moon shooter, but felt I had better give the Eclipse a go.
